I graduated in 2017 and have been working in active clinical settings ever since — across four very different areas of healthcare. Psychiatric Care (1 year) — I cared for 92 patients, most of them diagnosed with schizophrenia. If you want to understand what psychiatric nursing actually looks like day-to-day, I have stories that no textbook will ever give you. Elderly Care (1 year) — I witnessed a lot of death. End-of-life care, dignity in dying, and what it does to a nurse over time. A deeply human experience. Coronary ICU / Cardiac Intensive Care (1 year) — Heart attack patients. The environment where minutes decide everything. Therapeutic Apheresis Nurse (6 years, certified) — A specialized and still relatively rare field. I can explain what it is, how it works, and what it's like to work in it long-term. Across two institutions, I also managed the Quality Management System and worked as an internal auditor — meaning I understand not just the clinical side, but how healthcare institu
I'm a hospital nurse and the Deputy Chairman for Legal Affairs, Legislation & Collective Bargaining at a healthcare workers' union branch in Turkey. In this session, we can talk about real experiences from inside hospitals — worker rights, healthcare bureaucracy, workplace pressure, burnout, and how healthcare professionals actually survive difficult environments (not the textbook version). You can also ask me about: How unions and worker organizations work in practice How collective bargaining plays out in public healthcare systems How healthcare legislation shapes everyday working conditions How workplace grievances and disciplinary cases are handled How healthcare staff navigate institutional hierarchies and systemic pressure I'm also involved in building digital tools for union organizations — currently developing a modular internal communication and task management system for healthcare worker branches. This isn't legal representation — it's real-world insight from someone insid
I am a nurse with over 7 years of active clinical experience in different hospital and healthcare settings. I graduated from Uludag University in 2017 and have been working continuously in the healthcare field since then. Throughout my career, I have worked in several specialized areas of patient care. My professional experience includes time in a psychiatric care center, elderly care services, coronary intensive care (focused on cardiovascular patients), and for the past 6 years I have been working in therapeutic apheresis, a highly specialized field involving advanced blood treatment procedures. Alongside my clinical career, I also serve as a deputy branch vice president in a healthcare workers’ union where I am responsible for legal regulations, labor rights, and healthcare legislation. This role keeps me closely involved with healthcare policies, workplace regulations, and the professional rights of medical staff. Because of this combination of clinical experience and regulatory knowledge, I can offer real-world insight into hospital life, nursing careers, healthcare systems, worker rights, and the challenges healthcare professionals face every day. If you are curious about how hospitals actually work, what nursing is really like, or how healthcare professionals deal with demanding environments, feel free to reach out. I enjoy meaningful conversations about healthcare, work culture, and real-life experiences in medicine. I also enjoy talking about what hospital life is really like behind the scenes
