I'm a mining engineering graduate and Certified Safety Officer 2 with experience in mine operations support, administrative work, and outbound client outreach. During my training at APEX Mining Company, I assisted with mine operations and record keeping. I also participated in mine visits and safety inspections through YAMAN Philippines. In my outbound calling role for a UK claims account, I secured at least two approved clients for contract signing per day while handling client information confidentially. My internship with a university admissions, scholarships, and grants office also involved protecting client information and supporting efficient processing. I use QGIS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, and can help with research, documentation, administrative tasks, and client communication. My organizational experience includes research leadership, program coordination, auditing, and treasury roles. I received my mining engineering program's Best Thesis Award and bring a careful, organized approach to my work.
