This hands-on workshop introduces participants to the emerging field of Agentic AI – AI systems that can plan, decide and execute tasks autonomously. Participants gain an overview of key concepts, typical use cases, and the rapidly evolving ecosystem of agentic tools. The workshop includes demonstrations of different platforms and practical exercises. As Founder & CEO of Post Futurum, he advises companies on digital transformation, AI-driven business models, and digital leadership, helping organisations turn technological change into sustainable growth. Before founding his own consultancy, he held senior roles in business development and product management across leading Swiss media companies such as Ringier, Tamedia, and watson, where he focused on building and scaling digital products and revenue models. In parallel, Sven serves as a lecturer and program director at HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich, where he leads programs in Digital Leadership and teaches topics such as AI, digital business models, and transformation. He is also active as an advisory board member for digital ventures and a frequent speaker on the future of media and the impact of artificial intelligence. His work is driven by a clear focus: enabling organisations and leaders to navigate uncertainty, build digital capabilities, and create competitive advantage in an increasingly AI-powered economy.
