DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a reliable and proactive personal assistant to help with recurring tasks across the Wasatch Front area in Utah. This is an ongoing role with flexible hours, and duties will primarily focus on personal assistance tasks such as scheduling, errands, coordination, and general day-to-day support.
Primary Duties May Include:
- Running errands around Salt Lake City and the broader Wasatch Front
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Picking up and dropping off items
- Coordinating appointments and logistics
- Miscellaneous personal tasks as needed
Location: Salt Lake City, UT and surrounding Wasatch Front area
This is a recurring engagement. Applicants are welcome to propose their own hourly rate. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.
DEFINITION OF DONE
Applicant is available and ready to begin personal assistant duties by the agreed start date. Recurring tasks are completed reliably and on time as directed by the client across the Wasatch Front area.
