We need a reliable NYC-based person or small team to print and place 300 posters for a trading app across 12 priority neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
You will receive five finished poster designs. Printing, transportation, tape/materials, and any other campaign expenses should be included in your fixed-price bid.
The goal is high visibility among young professionals, finance/tech workers, active traders, and affluent NYC residents.
Prioritize placement near busy pedestrian corridors, subway stations, office districts, gyms, cafés, bars, coworking spaces, and other high-traffic locations, using subway walls, streetlights, utility poles, trees, and other surfaces where posting is permitted or permission has been received.

Financial District — 25 Midtown East / Park Avenue — 25 Union Square / Flatiron — 25 SoHo — 25 Murray Hill / Kips Bay — 25 East Village — 25 Tribeca — 25 Upper West Side — 25 DUMBO — 25 Gramercy— 25 Lower East Side — 25 Chelsea — 25
Exact counts can vary slightly based on available legal/high-quality placements, but all 300 posters should be used.

Finance and office-heavy blocks Subway-adjacent pedestrian corridors Independent gyms and fitness studios Bars and nightlife corridors Quality and visibility matter more than perfectly matching each neighborhood count.
POSTER MIX
There are five different poster designs. Use approximately 60 of each design across the full campaign and mix them throughout the different neighborhoods. Do not place one design almost entirely in one area.
DEFINITION OF DONE
All 300 posters have been placed within 48 hours All 12 target neighborhoods have meaningful coverage All five designs have been distributed reasonably evenly Visual evidence is submitted showing the campaign was completed

REQUIREMENTS
Based in or near NYC Comfortable traveling throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn Able to print 300 posters from supplied files Comfortable identifying good high-foot-traffic locations Reliable and able to complete the full campaign within 48 hours Able to provide clear photo documentation Previous flyer distribution, street-team, event, or field-marketing experience is a plus

Complete a 300-poster campaign across all 12 NYC zones within 48 hours
Distribute all five supplied poster designs as evenly as practical
