QA test: Caddy iMessage Daily QA — 2026-08-04

Recurring QA test run for https://www.caddy.app/.

What to do: Test the Caddy AI Agent via SMS/RCS/iMessage on your smartphone (iPhone or Android). Each run, adopt a unique persona and use case from the list below, and also simulate natural daily usage.

Personas to cycle through (pick one per run):

• Student
• Freelancer
• Small business owner
• Busy parent
• Job seeker
• Traveler

Part 1 – Onboarding (if first time, or reset and redo):

1. Set up the agent as your chosen persona for the first time.
2. Explore what the agent can do by asking it to describe its features.
3. Complete the onboarding flow and note anything confusing, broken, or missing.

Part 2 – Daily Usage (simulate realistic day-to-day use): Test at least 3 of the following interactions relevant to your persona:

• Scheduling or setting reminders
• Connecting at least 3 apps and asking relevant questions
• Asking general or persona-specific questions
• Drafting messages or content
• Managing to-do lists or tasks
• Getting recommendations

What to report:

• Any bugs, errors, or unexpected responses
• Anything confusing, slow, or poorly worded
• Steps to reproduce any issue
• Screenshots of key moments, bugs, and conversations

Evidence requirements: Submit a document (PDF or Google Doc) including:

• Your chosen persona and use cases tested
• Screenshots of the conversation with annotations where relevant
• A written summary of findings, bugs, and suggestions
• English only please

Deliverable:

• Test https://www.caddy.app/ following the instructions above.
• Send document evidence for every issue in the accepted tester chat.
• For each issue include a short title, a severity (critical/high/medium/low), and exact steps to reproduce.
• Submissions are reviewed automatically. $3.00 is released per accepted submission.
