What to do:
Can New Jersey residents quickly understand Torus's free curbside composting service and locate their neighborhood in the service area map without signing up?
Navigate to the homepage and locate the 'See how it works' button or link that explains the composting system
Click through the four-step composting process (Bucket Dropoff, Free Pickups, Environmental Impact, Simple and Sustainable) and verify each step is clearly explained
Find and access the 'Where Torus serves' section to view the service area map or neighborhood coverage list
Attempt to determine if your neighborhood is served by reviewing the map or coverage information without entering personal details
Locate the 'Join our mailing list' or newsletter signup option for non-service-area residents but don't actually test it
Evidence: Record screen navigation from homepage through service area discovery. Document: (1) time to find service map, (2) clarity of coverage information, (3) whether residents can assess eligibility without signup, (4) any confusion points or missing details about service boundaries.
Keep the test to five minutes. Do not sign in, enter private credentials, complete a purchase, or make destructive changes.
Send video evidence for every issue in the accepted tester chat.
Record your screen and microphone audio for the full test. Narrate your actions, every error you find, and anything confusing, poor, or worth improving.
Attach the narrated video as an MP4, MOV, or WebM no larger than 75 MB, plus at least one representative screenshot.
For each issue include a short title, a severity (critical/high/medium/low), and exact steps to reproduce.
Submissions are reviewed automatically. $4.00 is released per accepted submission.
