Find Direct Overstock/Liquidation Sources for Tools or High-End Beauty Brands

I am looking for someone to research and identify direct sources for overstock, return-to-vendor (RTV), or new formula/packaging change liquidation inventory in ONE of the following two categories — whichever you feel confident you can find:

Category 1: Tools

• Milwaukee Tools or similar high-end hand tools
• Looking for direct brand contacts, distributor reps, or brand-side liquidation programs

Category 2: High-End Beauty

• Brands you would find at Sephora or Ulta Beauty (e.g., skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare)
• Looking for direct brand contacts, authorized distributor reps, or brand liquidation/overstock programs

Important Notes:

• Do NOT submit third-party liquidation marketplace platforms (e.g., BULQ, B-Stock, Direct Liquidation OR local liquidation companies, etc.) — these are already known
• Sources should be direct — meaning brand-side, manufacturer-side, or authorized distributor contacts
• You can reference the app Whatnot to get an idea of the type and quality of products I am targeting — sellers there move these goods at up to 90% off retail, which gives a sense of the inventory tier I am looking for
• Deliverable: platform name and/or contact name, email, phone, or website — enough to actually reach out and begin a sourcing relationship
