Stand on a public sidewalk in San Francisco holding a printed sign and take photos of it. The PHOTO is the deliverable — it is marketing collateral for a small software company.
HOW IT WORKS
No permit is required for one person holding a sign on a public sidewalk. No pitching, no talking to anyone, no flyers, no handouts — you just stand there holding the sign.
WHERE AND WHEN — both spots the same day. Tue, Wed or Thu preferred.
(a) LUNCH, 11:30-13:30 — CLAUDE LANE at BUSH STREET Stand on the Bush St public sidewalk at the mouth of Claude Lane, facing INTO the alley. Do NOT stand inside the narrow alley itself, and never in front of the restaurant seating at Cafe Claude (7 Claude Ln). Corgi Cafe at 9 Claude Ln is the AI-founder hangout on that block, which is why this spot matters. MOST WANTED SHOT: get the CLAUDE LANE street sign in at least one photo.
(b) EARLY AFTERNOON, same day — 20th STREET, DOGPATCH North sidewalk of 20th St, mid-block between 3rd St and Illinois St. Stand ACROSS the street from 560 20th St so the red-brick building with the central arch is in the frame behind you — that is Y Combinator's SF campus. Stand across the street; never in the archway entrance.
Keep a 4 ft clear walking path at all times and move if any official asks you to.
At least 4 photos taken at the named locations during the named time windows, showing all of the following:

EVIDENCE DETAILS
Photos must be sharp enough to read the sign text, not tilted so the board looks like a trapezoid, and not backlit into a silhouette. They must be taken on the day and at the locations specified.
Must be physically in San Francisco
Able to get to both locations (Claude Lane at Bush St, and 20th St in Dogpatch) on the same day
Comfortable standing on a public sidewalk holding a sign for the stated window
Has a phone camera
Will keep a 4 ft clear walking path and will move if asked by any official
