DESCRIPTION
I'm looking for a skilled web-tech-fluent native English speaker based in the US or UK to represent me in video meetings for my website build project and potential project. You will attend meetings on my behalf as my representative and then debrief me in writing after each session.
What you'll be doing:
- Attending video meetings (~10 per week) with developers, recruiters, and/or clients on my behalf
- Speaking knowledgeably about web development, technical requirements, and business matters related to the project
- Handling technical discussions, clarifications, and decisions as my representative
- Writing a clear, detailed written summary/debrief to me after each meeting covering key points, decisions made, action items, and any follow-ups needed
Project context: The project is centered around building a website. You'll be briefed on the project details, goals, and current status before starting so you can represent me effectively and accurately.
Availability: Must be available for approximately 10 video meetings per week. Meeting lengths may vary. You will be compensated based on actual hours spent in meetings at the agreed hourly rate.
DEFINITION OF DONE
Each meeting is considered complete when: (1) the worker has attended the full video meeting as the client's representative, (2) a written debrief summarizing key discussion points, decisions made, action items, and next steps has been sent to the client promptly after the meeting. Ongoing engagement continues as long as meetings are scheduled.

After each meeting, submit: (1) a written debrief/summary covering all key points, decisions, action items, and follow-ups from the meeting — minimum 150 words per session. (2) Optionally, a recording or screenshot of the meeting invite/attendance confirmation showing the meeting took place.
