Seeking a Japan-based Japanese speaker willing to act as an agency-approved lease proxy/signatory and local emergency contact for Masuyacho Machiya for November 1–November 30, 2026. Signing may make you the actual contract holder responsible for rent, damages and other contractual obligations. The $200 service fee is separate from rent and does not cap lease liability. First obtain written agency approval of a non-occupying proxy and the actual terms for both parties to review. Do not sign, book or pay until both parties agree. Declining unacceptable actual terms is permitted. No personal identity or financial documents should be uploaded to this bounty.
DEFINITION OF DONE
