We are looking for a reliable and experienced house cleaner for a regular clean of a 180m² apartment in Elizabeth Bay, Eastern Suburbs, Sydney, NSW.
Property details:
- 180m² apartment
- Timber floors, rugs, and carpet throughout
- Tiled kitchen, bathrooms, and balcony
- All cleaning equipment is provided on-site
Tasks required:
- Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs
- Sweep and mop timber floors
- Clean all tiled surfaces (kitchen, bathrooms, balcony)
- Full bathroom clean (toilet, sink, shower/bath, mirrors)
- General wipe-down of surfaces throughout
Availability:
- Must be available on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- Must be completed before 12 July 2026
💰 Note: The price of $200 is in Australian Dollars (AUD).
DEFINITION OF DONE
The apartment has been fully cleaned including: all floors vacuumed, swept and mopped as appropriate for surface type; all tiled areas (kitchen, bathrooms, balcony) cleaned; bathrooms fully cleaned; all surfaces wiped down. The clean must be completed on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday before 12 July 2026.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE
EVIDENCE DETAILS
At least 6 timestamped photos showing before and after for key areas: timber floors, carpeted/rug areas, kitchen tiles, bathroom(s), balcony tiles, and general living area surfaces. Photos must clearly show the cleaned state of each area.
