Secure €200,000 Pre-Seed Funding & Pitch Startup

Seeking an experienced individual to help our innovative startup secure a minimum of €200,000 in pre-seed funding. We have an existing pitch deck, a functional website, a working prototype, and have completed initial market testing.

Compensation: 5% of funds raised, paid at close.

$1M raised → $50k
$2M raised → $100k
More → proportional

Why I need capital:

To scale this properly. 200,000 to further develop our platform, find our go-to-market, and prepare for series A round in 2027.

What you'll do:

Represent me to VCs and angel investors. Find them, pitch them, negotiate terms, close the deal. I provide access, metrics, technical answers. You handle the physical world.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and approaching angel investors and Venture Capital firms, as well as effectively pitching our startup to secure investment.
