Language Coordinator — Quechua Audio Data Collection

We're building a large-scale conversational audio dataset in Quechua for a global AI client. We're looking for language coordinators who can identify and onboard native Quechua speakers to contribute paid recordings.

What you'll do:

• Identify and onboard native Quechua speakers (adults, aged 18 or older) willing to record conversational audio in their language
• Brief each speaker on recording guidelines, quality standards, and rejection criteria
• Have each speaker sign a Speaker Consent Form (provided by us) — mandatory before their first submission
• Coordinate speakers' audio submissions and forward them to us with the required metadata
• Provide each speaker's contact details so we can pay them directly for accepted audio

What you'll be paid — $10 per onboarded speaker + $15 retention bonus:

• $10 paid on this bounty when the speaker you referred delivers their first accepted hour of audio
• $15 bonus sent directly to your RaH account when that same speaker reaches 10 accepted hours of audio (paid as a separate RaH transfer, appears in your transfer history)
• Total: $25 per speaker who completes
• Speakers are paid separately and directly by us at $20 per accepted audio hour — the coordinator fee comes from our budget, not the speaker's earnings

Requirements for speakers you refer:

• Native or near-native speaker of Quechua, adult (aged 18 or older)
• Access to a smartphone or computer with a decent microphone
• Signed Speaker Consent Form
• Willing to record between 2 minutes and 1 hour per session, up to a maximum of 20 hours total across the project
• Willing to record with other speakers ~70% of the time (conversational / group recordings)

Volume target: ~15 completed speakers per coordinator over the project.

Timeline: Rolling submissions Jul 20 – Sep 14, 2026, in three 20-day tranches.

Submission per onboarded speaker (this is what earns the $10):

• Signed Speaker Consent Form (scanned or photographed)
• Speaker metadata: Speaker ID, name, age, gender, country, contact details
• Confirmation that the speaker has delivered their first accepted hour of audio
• Link to the speaker's first audio file (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer)
