DESCRIPTION
Overview
We are looking for a precise, reliable human operator to read a digital Blueprint, follow step-by-step directions from our AI bot team, execute tasks inside web-based software (primarily GoHighLevel), test their own work, and report back exactly what happened — without editing or reinterpreting the architecture.
This is a 100% remote, paid 2-hour audition at $40 fixed. We provide everything: the Blueprint, access credentials, a test environment, and real-time guidance from our AI bot team.
The Audition Task
The audition is not a GoHighLevel expertise test. It is a precision and process test. We want to find out whether you can:
- READ the Blueprint carefully
- FOLLOW the AI bot team's directions precisely
- EXECUTE what the instructions say inside the software
- TEST your own work to verify it functions as intended
- REPORT exactly what happened — clearly and honestly, without omission or spin
Prior GoHighLevel experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Comfort with computers, web-based software, and AI-directed workflows is essential.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Follows written instructions precisely, even when it feels counterintuitive
- Pauses and asks for clarification rather than guessing or improvising
- Is comfortable taking directions from AI bots
- Tests their own work and reports results accurately
- Can work independently in a structured, process-driven environment

DEFINITION OF DONE
The worker has: (1) read the full Blueprint as provided, (2) followed all AI bot team directions precisely without deviating from or editing the architecture, (3) executed all assigned steps inside the GoHighLevel test environment, (4) tested their own work to verify it functions as intended, and (5) submitted a clear, honest written report of exactly what happened — including any steps they got stuck on, errors encountered, and how they resolved or escalated them.
