The purpose of this test is to see how many of our company phone numbers show up on customer's caller ID's as "Spam" and whitelist any numbers that do.
You'll receive calls from different phone numbers and report back if any numbers show up as "Spam" by sending screenshots of your call history. For any numbers that DO show up as "Spam", mark them as "Not Spam" in you call history.
DEVICE REQUIREMENTS:
WHAT YOU'LL DO: passive 20 minutes of receiving calls and 5-10 minutes of active work:
PASSIVE: 20 minutes
ACTIVE: ~10 minutes Screenshot(s) 1: After receiving all calls, upload screenshots of your call history (Phone app → Recents) to show the calls you received and how they were identified. In case the calls do not fit on one screenshot, take multiple screenshots. Please NO LONG SCROLLING SCREENSHOTS! Upload screenshots to us via DM.
Marking the calls as Not Spam: After receiving all calls and taking screenshots of your call history, tap all numbers that show up as Spam, choose “Not Spam” (if that option appears), and confirm. Sometimes that option will appear right in the call history, sometimes, you will have to tap on the call to see the menu expand.
Screenshot(s) 2: Take screenshots of your call history (Phone app → Recents) after you've pressed "Not Spam" on all numbers that were identified as "Spam". Upload screenshots to us via DM.
$15, held in escrow up front and released once the second set of screenshots with cleared numbers lands.
