We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Specialist to identify, engage, and convert real buyers for custom precision machined metal parts. This role focuses on sourcing qualified B2B customers in industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, robotics, medical devices, and electronics. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, strong buyer networks, and the ability to independently generate and close leads for custom manufacturing services.
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within manufacturing or industrial sectors
Demonstrated ability to find and qualify real buyers (not agents or resellers only)
Strong understanding of custom precision machining processes (CNC milling, turning, etc.)
Existing network of buyers in relevant industries is highly preferred
Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly with customers and internal teams
Experience handling RFQs, technical drawings, and buyer negotiations
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
