Research study: log one workday in 15-minute blocks (managers/coordinators only)

Independent research study on how managers and coordinators actually spend working time. Pick one normal full workday this week and keep a time diary in 15-minute blocks. For each block: one short line describing what you did + exactly one tag: [PRODUCE] directly creating output (writing, building, designing, selling, analyzing); [ALIGN] coordinating people (meetings, status updates, approvals, scheduling, chasing responses, reporting); [ADMIN] required overhead (expenses, compliance, HR, tooling); [OTHER] breaks/personal. At the end add: role title (no company name), company size band (1-10, 11-50, 51-200, 201-1000, 1000+), industry, and a 1-5 rating of day-to-day AI tool usage at your company (1=none, 5=AI agents do real work). Anonymous — do NOT include company or coworker names. Honest logging matters more than impressive logging; a day full of meetings is a valid result.
