DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced recruiter or talent sourcer to identify and shortlist 3 strong candidates for a confidential senior-level B2C sales position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview (Confidential — Do Not Disclose the Hiring Company):
- Pure B2C individual contributor sales role
- Reports directly to the Country Manager; no direct reports
- Responsible for selling financial products/services to high-net-worth individuals (minimum SAR 2M+ in liquid assets)
- Supported by a marketing team providing ~100 warm leads per month to target and close
- Hybrid work setup based in Riyadh (office located in Laysen Valley); occasional office presence required for key meetings

Your Deliverable: Source and deliver 3 shortlisted candidate profiles who meet the following criteria:
- Proven B2C sales experience, ideally in financial services, wealth management, or investment products
- Experience engaging high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Holds or can obtain a valid Iqama (residency/work permit in Saudi Arabia)
Each profile must include: full name, current role & company, LinkedIn profile link, a brief summary of fit, and how to contact them.
DEFINITION OF DONE
3 fully qualified candidate profiles have been submitted, each including: full name, current role and employer, LinkedIn URL, contact details, and a brief (3-5 sentence) summary of why each candidate is a strong fit for a senior B2C financial sales role targeting HNW clients in Riyadh. All 3 candidates must meet the stated criteria (HNW sales background, Riyadh-based or open to relocation, Arabic/English fluency, Iqama-eligible).
