Market Integrity Analyst — Prediction Market Proposal Review

Risk Labs (the foundation behind UMA and Across Protocol) is hiring a contract Market Integrity Analyst to support UMA's proposal monitoring system for prediction markets.

What you'll do:

• Review proposals flagged by monitoring systems (10-50 per 12-hour period)
• Determine if proposals are correct or should be escalated to dispute resolution
• Apply consistent reasoning across objective and subjective markets
• Document rationale for approvals, disputes, and escalations
• Identify patterns in false flags and suggest improvements

Schedule: Contract-based, remote. ~12-hour shifts 5 days/week (including weekends) or distributed 1-3 hours/day. Coordination via Slack. KYC required.

Required: 1+ years prediction market experience, strong analytical judgment, high integrity, reliable SLA adherence, clear written communication.

Comparable experience: Trust & Safety, Policy Enforcement, Risk Operations, AML Review, Fact-checking, DAO governance.

Compensation: $25-40/hr. Monthly retainer + per-review incentives. Payment in stablecoins or fiat.
