DESCRIPTION
InteractMet is a real-time AI multilingual communication infrastructure platform designed for business, healthcare, and enterprise collaboration. We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven sales representatives to close deals on our behalf across multiple regions including North America, Europe (Germany, France, UK), Singapore, and New Zealand.
What You'll Be Selling: InteractMet — a cutting-edge AI-powered multilingual communication platform that enables real-time, seamless communication across language barriers for enterprises, healthcare providers, and business teams.
Commission Structure:
- Year 1: 10–15% commission on each closed deal (performance-based within range)
- Ongoing/Recurring Years: 3–5% per company per year for continued contracts
Target Regions:
- North America
- Europe: Germany, France, United Kingdom
- Asia-Pacific: Singapore, New Zealand
Your Role:
- Identify and prospect potential enterprise, healthcare, and business clients
- Pitch and demo the InteractMet platform
- Close deals and manage client relationships
- Report on pipeline and closed deals with supporting documentation
This is a remote, commission-only position with significant earning potential for high performers. Multiple reps are welcome to apply across all listed regions.
DEFINITION OF DONE
At least one qualified enterprise, healthcare, or business deal is closed and confirmed by InteractMet. A signed contract or confirmed agreement from the client must be provided, along with the deal value to calculate the applicable commission payout.

EVIDENCE DETAILS
- A written summary of the closed deal including company name, deal value, contract duration, and contact details of the client. 2. A link or attachment to the signed agreement or confirmation email. 3. A brief report on the sales approach used and pipeline status for any additional prospects.

Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or enterprise software sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with AI, communication technology, or healthcare tech is a plus

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Based in or with strong networks in: North America, Germany, France, UK, Singapore, or New Zealand

Ability to deliver regular pipeline updates and close reports
