ClawMetry is the real-time observability and governance layer for AI agents (OpenClaw, NVIDIA NemoClaw, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Hermes). It is the OSS-rooted platform that ships sub-agent visibility, token spend per call, runaway-loop detection, tamper-evident audit log, secret redaction, and a NeMo-Guardrails governance pane. Installed in 30 seconds (pip install clawmetry), running on the user's own hardware, with E2E-encrypted cloud sync.
Real traction: 200k+ pip installs across 123+ countries. 200+ GitHub stars. Live OpenClaw, Claude Code, and Codex integration. Tamper-evident hash chain plus SIEM export to Splunk, QRadar, and Elastic. Early Cloud Pro customers. The OSS funnel produces qualified inbound; the gap is outbound to teams running 5+ agents in production who need governance and cost containment.
The role: Forward Deployed Sales Engineer / BizDev hybrid.
- Prospect named accounts independently. Target buyers are CTOs, VP Engineering, AI Infrastructure leads, and ML Platform leads at series-B and up companies running OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex, or NemoClaw in production (5+ agents).
- Run technical demos tailored to each prospect's stack. We will provide a 5 minute product Loom, a deck, and a 60 second sandbox install they can run on their own laptop.
- Open and progress enterprise pipeline. First close target is $50k+ ACV on the annual Enterprise tier (unlimited nodes, SSO, audit log, RBAC, OTel and SIEM export, SLA, on-prem option).
- Report named pipeline weekly.
Hunting grounds: San Francisco Bay Area (primary), New York, Seattle, London. Remote outreach globally welcome.
Compensation
- $500 upfront on engagement start (funded in escrow).
- 10% commission on every closed deal you originate, paid on signed PO plus confirmed payment. A $50k close pays $5,000.
- Attribution: first-touch wins, evidenced by email or CRM trail. Commission is paid on closes that land within 6 months of your first-touch on the account.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who has run an enterprise FDE motion before, has the network to match, and believes in the upside.
DEFINITION OF DONE
Phase A, paid by this bounty within the engagement window:
- 15 named-account pipeline rows with: company, role and name of the buyer, outreach channel, current status (cold, contacted, meeting, demo, trial, procurement), and the next step.
- At least 5 qualified discovery calls with the target ICP (recorded, or with the founder present on the call). "Qualified" means the buyer confirms 5+ production AI agents AND a stated interest in evaluating governance, cost, or observability tooling this quarter.
- One written pipeline summary at engagement end, naming the most promising accounts and the recommended next step on each.
Phase B, separate commission paid through close: any deal you originate that closes within 6 months earns 10% on signed ACV (e.g. $5,000 on a $50k deal), evidenced by first-touch email or CRM trail.

- Pipeline table. 15 rows (CSV or markdown) covering: company, buyer name and title, outreach channel, status, next step. Public LinkedIn or company URLs accepted; redaction OK for stealth-stage targets if you provide a verification path.
- Discovery-call evidence. Recordings or founder-attended call notes for the 5 qualified discoveries, including the date, buyer, and the confirmed "5+ agents in production plus this-quarter evaluation interest" signal.
- Pipeline summary. A short written write-up (1 to 2 pages) at engagement end, with the recommended next step on each account.
- For any close (Phase B): redacted signed contract or PO, confirmed ACV, customer company name, and the first-touch email or CRM timestamp that anchors attribution.

Closed at least one deal at $50k+ ACV in the last 24 months. Please link or describe: public LinkedIn post, case study, or reference contact preferred.

Comfortable in a technical demo with a senior engineering audience. You can talk OTel spans, agent runtimes, model gateway, sub-agent traces, and MCP without leaning on slides.

Existing network of CTOs, VP Engineering, and AI Infrastructure leads at mid-to-large companies running AI agents in production.

Ability to independently prospect, demo, and progress deals without hand-holding.

Comfortable with bounty plus commission compensation. No salary.
