The office is public and the request is a standard request for a certified copy of entries in a company file. You lodge it in your own name as a member of the public. The exact Spanish text, the company reference and all details are sent in the chat once you are accepted. Bring your ID. Estimated 1-2 hours including travel and queue. You keep a stamped copy and photograph it. The registry later emails a payment link - forward it to the client; you never pay the registry fee yourself. No contact with any company is involved.
