About the opportunity
We are PowerBee P.S.A., a deep-tech startup commercializing the Revora Engine™ (RCPM — Rotary Cylindrical Piston Machine) — a patented rotary engine technology with applications in small power generators, clean energy, EV range extension, drones, and industrial off-grid power. We are seeking a results-driven fundraiser to help us close a €250,000 pre-seed bridge round. We have developed a 4 series of prototypes, filed patents, an academic partnership with Warsaw University of Technology, and investor-grade materials ready.

What you'll do
Materials
Legal PowerBee P.S.A. is a registered company in Poland (EU). Upon identifying a willing investor, a legally binding fundraising agreement will be drafted to protect all parties and guarantee your commission.
Timeline Start immediately. Target close: within 3–6 months. Non-binding letter of intent from investor is sufficient to qualify for commission agreement.
Definition of done Successfully secure a minimum of €250,000 in pre-seed funding for PowerBee P.S.A. with a legally closed deal and funds transferred (or signed term sheet as milestone).

EVIDENCE DETAILS
Provide a copy of the signed term sheet, letter of intent (LoI), or executed investment agreement from the secured investor(s), plus confirmation of funds transfer once the round closes.
Proven track record in pre-seed or seed fundraising
Strong network of angels and VCs, ideally European deep-tech / clean energy focus
Exceptional pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills
Understanding of startup valuation and deal structuring
Experience with hardware / IP-heavy startups is a strong plus
Professionalism and confidentiality required
