Digital Document Scanning (iPhone or Android Required) - (Coral Gables, FL)

We need a reliable person to come to a location in Coral Gables, Florida to scan a full banker's box of records (approximately 2,000–3,000 pages) using the Google Drive app on their smartphone.

Task Overview:

• Scan all documents contained in one full banker's box of records
• Use the Google Drive scanning feature on your phone (built into the Google Drive app — tap the "+" button, then "Scan")
• Scans should be clear, legible, and properly oriented
• All scanned files should be uploaded to a shared Google Drive folder (link will be provided upon acceptance)

What to Expect:

• At approximately 1 page every 3 seconds, expect this to take roughly 2–2.5 hours
• Documents should be handled carefully and kept in order
• You must be available at the location in Coral Gables by 10:00 AM on Friday, September 11, 2026

Requirements:

• Must have an Android or iOS smartphone with the Google Drive app installed
• Must have a Google account to upload scans
• Must be punctual and available at 10:00 AM sharp
