DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a professional, personable check-in staff member for a ticketed event at EastWest Studios in Los Angeles on October 23rd, 2026.

Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (1.5 hours)

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly, professional manner
Verifying legitimate tickets at the door (digital and printed)
Assisting with at-door ticket sales using the Eventbrite mobile app
Vetting and checking in VIP guests against the guest list

You'll be the first point of contact for attendees, so a warm, confident, and organized demeanor is essential. Smart/professional attire is required — think business casual or better.

DEFINITION OF DONE

The check-in shift has been completed in full from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM on October 23rd, 2026 at EastWest Studios, Los Angeles. All arriving guests have been greeted, tickets verified, at-door sales processed via Eventbrite, and VIP guests vetted against the guest list.
