Patient Experience Auditor — Plastic Surgery Consultation

We need an Australian-based mystery patient auditor to go through the full patient journey with a medical tourism company as a genuine prospective plastic surgery patient, and document everything for an internal quality check.

What you'll do:

• Reach out to the company as a real prospective patient interested in one of the listed procedures
• Go through the full consultation process (initial enquiry, follow-up communications, online consultation call, etc.)
• Document every touchpoint: response times, professionalism, quality of information provided, pressure tactics, follow-up cadence, overall patient experience, which hospital was recommended, which doctor was recommended - note down all options advised.
• Submit a detailed written report covering your findings

Eligible procedures:

• Men: Hair transplant (visible thinning required), rhinoplasty, jaw/chin contouring, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), facelift/necklift
• Women: Tummy tuck, liposuction, breast augmentation or lift, rhinoplasty, facelift

Important: You must be a plausible, genuine candidate for the procedure you choose. The company will notice if it doesn't match reality.
