DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a UK-based person with hands-on experience playing at one or more of the following online casinos or sports betting platforms:
- Midnite
- Bet365
- Sky Vegas
- Paddy Power
- William Hill
- Ladbrokes
- Or any other popular UK-based online casino / sports betting platform
What you'll be doing:
You'll provide a thorough review of your experience at one or more of these platforms, covering the following areas:
- KYC (Know Your Customer): Walk us through the verification process — what documents were requested, how long it took, any friction points.
- Platform Review: Your honest thoughts on the user interface, game selection, promotions, and overall experience.
- Deposits: How easy was it to deposit? Which payment methods did you use? How long did it take?
- Withdrawals: How long did the withdrawal take? Any issues? Which method did you use?
- Customer Support: Did you interact with support? How responsive and helpful were they?
All of the above must be supported with screenshots.
Multiple casinos are welcome — if you have experience at more than one platform on the list, feel free to cover them all.
There is also a future possibility of ongoing collaboration on a new and exciting iGaming platform we are developing.
DEFINITION OF DONE
Worker has submitted a detailed written review covering KYC, platform experience, deposit process, withdrawal process, and customer support for at least one of the listed UK online casinos. All sections are supported with clear, legible screenshots. The review must include actual times experienced (e.g. how long KYC took, how long withdrawal took) and personal observations.

- A written review (submitted as text or document) covering all required sections: KYC, platform review, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support.
- Screenshots supporting each section — minimum 8 screenshots total, clearly showing: KYC prompts/verification screens, deposit flow and confirmation, withdrawal request and completion, and any customer support interactions.
- Screenshots must be legible and unedited (no cropping of key details). Timestamps or transaction references should be visible where possible.
