Compensated event volunteer role for an AI Nexus hackathon in SoMa, San Francisco. This is an all-hands-on-deck operations role for the full event day, 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Volunteers will help with morning setup, attendee check-in, participant support, venue upkeep, catering restocks, trash/bin changes, logistics, and evening pack-down. Heavy lifting is required, including tables, chairs, boxes, water cases, and venue supplies. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided, plus direct access to sponsors, founders, CEOs, and event networking opportunities. The event organizers will guide the team on-site throughout the day. Applicants must live within 15-20 minutes of SoMa and be able to arrive on time for a 6:30 AM sharp setup start.
Worker arrives on time in SoMa by 6:30 AM, completes the full 6:30 AM-11:00 PM event shift, supports setup, check-in, logistics, cleaning/restocking, and pack-down as directed by organizers, and remains reliable and responsive throughout the day.
