DESCRIPTION
We are a property tax appeal company with a hard filing deadline of tomorrow, September 18. We need confident, personable canvassers to visit a provided list of residential addresses in the Miami area — these are homes belonging to commercial property owners — and pitch them on signing up for our property tax appeal service TODAY.
What You'll Do:
- Visit approximately 25 residential addresses (will be provided to you upon acceptance)
- At each door, ask for the property owner by name
- If available, deliver a short, provided pitch/script (will be sent to you upon acceptance) to convince the owner to agree to use our property tax appeal service
- Help interested owners complete and sign paperwork on the spot (we handle the filing)
- Record the outcome of every visit: no answer, spoke with owner, interested, signed, etc.
We Provide:
- Owner names and residential addresses
- Corresponding commercial property info
- Pitch script and FAQs
- Paperwork for sign-ups
- Our contact information for any questions in the field
- Donuts to bring to each door (covered separately)
This is a sales and closing task — not just flyer distribution. We need someone who is confident, professional, and comfortable making a pitch at the door and handling objections. Strong closers welcome!
DEFINITION OF DONE
Worker has visited all assigned addresses, delivered the pitch to any available property owners, assisted interested owners with completing and signing paperwork on the spot, and submitted a complete outcome log for every address (no answer, spoke with owner, interested, signed, etc.). All visits must be completed by end of day September 17, 2026.

- A timestamped photo at each address showing the worker at the door (minimum 5 photos from different addresses, spaced throughout the day). 2. A completed outcome log submitted as text or a document listing every address visited and the result (no answer / spoke with owner / interested / signed). 3. Photos of any completed/signed paperwork collected.
