First time playing a cozy 3D browser game on a computer: record yourself thinking out loud (45 min)

we're making a small, calm 3d game you play in the browser, and we want to see how a brand-new player gets on. no install, no account.

who: you've NEVER played kal's valley before (if you have, please don't apply). a windows/mac/linux computer with a mouse (a laptop with a graphics card or a recent macbook is ideal), chrome/edge/safari/firefox. you can speak english comfortably while you play.

IN YOUR APPLICATION: your computer model and browser, and confirm you've never played it.

what to do (about 45 minutes):

1. start a screen recording WITH your microphone on.
2. open https://kalsvalley.com and play from the very start. don't look anything up.
3. think out loud the whole time: what you think you should do, what confuses you, what you like, when you get bored or stuck.
4. try to get to the evening drone show (that's the ending). if you're truly stuck for 5 minutes, say so out loud and keep exploring.
5. at the end, open the 'i' button (top right) and take a screenshot of the small build line in the credits.

• the full recording (a link that opens without signing in, e.g. google drive set to 'anyone with the link')
• computer model, browser
• did you reach the drone show? roughly how long did it take?
• your 3 most confusing or stuck moments (with rough times in the video)
• your 3 favourite things
