DESCRIPTION
Seeking 1–2 reliable people currently residing in the United States or Canada for ongoing online platform testing. Work is remote with flexible hours. Collaborators will test assigned platform workflows and provide clear, detailed feedback on usability and issues encountered. Applicants must have their own device, a working camera, and valid identification supported by the platform being tested, and be comfortable creating and verifying accounts using their genuine identity. Familiarity with web technologies, websites, web development, or software QA is preferred. No ID uploads are required to apply. Any necessary identity verification must take place directly through the tested platform's official secure process, not by sending ID documents or credentials to the task owner. Compensation for subsequent tasks will be agreed upon before work begins; this posting's existing price remains unchanged.
DEFINITION OF DONE
Complete all assigned platform-testing workflows agreed upon before work starts and submit a structured written report covering each tested workflow, usability findings, device/browser information, and any bugs. Bug reports must include reproduction steps and expected versus actual behavior. Include at least 3 supporting screenshots with sensitive information redacted.
