3D artist / animator: review a small game's characters and animations on a web page (45 min, portfolio required)

we're a tiny team making a cozy, stylised 3d browser game (chunky, soft, storybook look). we'd like a trained eye on our characters and their animations before more people play it.

who: you model or animate characters (games, film, or personal work) and can show it. IN YOUR APPLICATION: a link to your portfolio/reel (artstation, youtube, website), and one line on what you mostly do.

what to do (about 45 minutes, phone or laptop - laptop is better):

1. we send you a private link to our review page. it shows each character from all sides and each animation as a looping video with front/side frame strips.
2. for each item: tap 'looks right', or 'not right' with a short note (tap on the picture to mark the spot). skip anything you're unsure about.
3. focus on what a player would notice: clipping, sliding feet, pops at the loop, stiff or floaty motion, odd proportions, silhouettes that don't read.
4. fill in the 'overall impressions' box: the 3 biggest problems and anything that's working well.
5. tap 'done' - it shows how many items you covered.

send back: the number of items you covered and your 3 biggest problems (also in the page). honest criticism is the point.
